The staff were absolutely fantastic, always friendly and helpful. the rooms were surprisingly quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Plus, the location was perfect, with everything just a short walk away.
That the bathroom door didn't provide much privacy, which was a bit awkward. the lifts were a bit confusing at first, but thankfully they were secure and only accessible to hotel guests.

The hotel's location is very convenient for exploring the city with many attractions within walking distance and a train station nearby. The breakfast is good with a helpful server and the rooms are equipped with handy and modern fixtures like sliding doors and comfortable pillows.
The hotel's lack of feather-free bedding could be hazardous to allergenic guests, as one reviewer complained, but with little redress available.

I loved how close this hotel was to the waterfront and tourist attractions like museums and restaurants. The location made it super easy to walk around and explore this city. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, always greeting me with a smile. Plus, the breakfast was great with plenty of hot food and pastries to choose from.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location couldn't be better - right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of the docks and all the shops and restaurants. Plus, the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable stay. The rooms were well equipped with a good-sized shower, air conditioning, and even a sofa bed that would comfortably fit a large child. The breakfast included was an added bonus and had a great variety of options to choose from.
Everything was perfect, no complaints at all!
